With that goal in mind, The Networking Firm Bookshop guarantee the condition of every publication as described on our web site. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, please contact us directly to resolve your purchase.

To be eligible for a full refund of the purchase price, please be sure to return your item directly to the address given within 14 days of receipt and in the same condition you received it in. The Networking Firm Bookshop will also refund shipping costs if the return was a result of an error on its part. If the return was not as a result of an error on the part of The Networking Firm Bookshop, you will be responsible for all shipping costs.

Where the payment method is by credit card or debit card, Worldpay processes payments.  Payment is made out to Internet Business Builders who will deposit funds back in your credit card account within one week of receiving the request for refund, and Internet Business Builders will send you confirmation of the refund via e-mail.

Where the payment method is by invoice and money order or cheque, a refund only will be initiated once the original monies have been cleared.
